Zune Progress (Weekly Update)

OK - as of this weekend, I'm hovering between 3 and 5 pounds down from a week ago. I figure there are natural causes for that kind of fluctuation (if you know what I mean), so I'm not worrying about it too much. Taking it slow and healthy - just changing what and how much I'm eating (mostly the how much at this point) and adding in a regular dose of low-impact exercise. We'll see if I have to do more than that to get down the full 15 to get my Zune!! ;) My goal, though, is to make sustainable changes in my life to live a more healthy lifestyle. So far, so good!
