Ender's Game Series, by Orson Scott Card

If you like sci-fi, you should read the Ender series, by Orson Scott Card. There are a TON of analogies and applications to the business world and life in general, plus it's just a really good story. Card has a unique way of opening up the strategic thinking part of my mind. I have more insights at work after reading the books. For that matter, I have more insights when I read pretty much anything. Reading does that to a mind... ;)
